Terms of Service

By using Leafer, you agree to these terms. Leafer is a B2B sales copilot SaaS — you remain the Data Controller for any leads/contacts you process.

1. Acceptable use

You will not use Leafer to: send spam, harass individuals, violate any platform's terms of service (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Meta), violate GDPR/KVKK/CASL/CAN-SPAM regulations, or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Compliance responsibility

Leafer provides compliance tools (LIA wizard, suppression list, country routing, opt-out). You are responsible for using them correctly and maintaining records.

3. Subscription

Plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime — service ends at the end of the billing period. Refunds at our discretion within 7 days of first charge.

4. Liability

Service provided "as is". Liability capped at 12 months of fees paid. We are not liable for platform bans of your accounts (LinkedIn etc.) resulting from your use.

5. Governing law

Turkey (initial). Disputes settled in Istanbul courts. EU customers benefit from local consumer protection where applicable.
