Why we built it
We were the customer first. The product followed.
Before Leafer we ran outbound for our own products. The going stack gave us volume but no fit. Templates but no signal. Power tooling but no time. We kept reading Reddit threads and LinkedIn posts of buyers screaming for what we were already shipping — and the only thing missing was a tool that read those threads for us.
So we built one. It watches the rooms. It finds the person and verifies the address. It drafts the first sentence with the thread quoted underneath it. Then it stops and waits for a human. That product is now Leafer.
We are two operators with revenue and runway. We answer every customer email ourselves. The roadmap is in front of us, not behind a sales call.

Listen before you write.
Every cold email that fails starts with someone writing instead of reading. Our drafts begin in the prospect’s own words — a Reddit thread, an X thread, a job post, a review.

A human reads every draft.
Humans-in-the-loop is not a feature, it is the spine. Nothing leaves the queue without a person deciding, and the keyboard shortcuts move at the speed of skim-read.
