Why is there no per-seat pricing?+
Seat pricing punishes you for hiring. Our prospect-volume caps scale with revenue instead — add the second SDR without rebuying the tool.
Can I switch plans mid-month?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next renewal. Unused prospects do not roll over.
What counts as a prospect?+
A unique contact pulled from any of the six discovery channels and stored in your workspace. Contacts already on your suppression list do not count.
Leafer does not send — so what am I buying?+
The research and the writing. Leafer watches Maps, company sites, Reddit, X and LinkedIn for buying signals, finds and verifies the contact, scores the lead on fit and intent, then writes a first-touch draft that quotes the exact post or page that triggered it. Every draft waits in an approval queue. Getting the approved message out is yours for now; sending is on the roadmap and every plan bullet that needs it is marked Soon.
Do you offer a free trial?+
No. You create your account, pick a plan and enter a card before the workspace opens — billing starts immediately, and you can cancel anytime from the Stripe portal in billing settings.
Can I bring my own LLM?+
Not yet. Bring-your-own-key is planned for Agency and is marked coming soon on the plan above — today every workspace runs on our provider keys, and the LLM cost is included in your plan.
